A fresh and easy salsa made with Shrimp and lime juice. Serves one dozen.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces salad shrimp
- 2 plum tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Combine together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Let chill at least one hour, covered, in fridge.
