- 1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped.
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour to allow
flavors to blend. Serve either as a salad, on lettuce, or on
split croissants.
